Introducing our high-quality open weave printed fence fabric, measuring 1.8m x 50m, designed to withstand high wind exposure. This durable banner mesh offers 50% block out and has a site life of up to 2 years.
The banner mesh is carefully constructed with a thinly woven Nylon core coated with a liquid state polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The PVC dries to create a strong mesh finish. Although PVC is flammable, it is more fire-resistant than most general-purpose plastics due to its chlorine content, exceeding 50%.
For enhanced safety, we incorporate fire retardant inhibitors into the PVC composition, reducing the chances of flammability. The inner core of Nylon makes up only a small volume of the overall mesh and remains protected unless the PVC outer layer is burned.
Jaybro's Banner Mesh is designed with safety in mind, ensuring a reliable and durable solution for various applications. Please note that the fire retardant used in our PVC has no specified fire rating.
