Construction experts Sydney Wall Solutions secured the contract for an Aged Care Facility in Swan Hill. Specialists in supplying and installing permanent formwork for residential and commercial projects, Sydney Wall Solutions have experience across many popular formwork systems. This particular design called for a fast & lightweight build using JHSRitek Walling Systems.

Ritek pre-fabricated permanent formwork panels are made from lightweight fibre cement sheet, bonded to a composite stud assembly. This system is quick and easy to install on site, and is subsequently core-filled with reinforced structural concrete to achieve load-bearing walls that are fire and sound rated.

For this project, Sydney Wall Solutions required a series of suitable wall props that were purpose-designed to support lightweight wall systems like JHSRitek. Certified Ritek Wall Installers - Sydney Wall Solutions approached Jaybro for wall props that were suitable for this application.

JAYBRO’S SOLUTION

Jaybro supplied 600 of light tilt wall props, an ideal solution for prefabricated wall systems like Ritek, as well as being suitable for Dincel and AFS Rediwall systems.

These specialist plasterboard tilt props are made for lightweight walls, measuring 2400mm long and extending up to 2940mm. Constructed from hot-dipped galvanised steel for strength and durability, they provide a secure and reliable support.

Diagonal wall braces are ideal for bracing walls and columns, maintaining precision alignment of the panels during concrete pour. They allow for fine adjustment of angles ensuring you can achieve the ideal placement on site for your unique project.

With plates at the top and bottom to allow for screw fixing, these props are best kept fixed in place until the concrete slab above is poured in-situ.
