Jaybro has commenced a new partnership with Explore Careers, the country’s largest early-career and employment platform.

Who is Explore Careers?

Since 2009, Explore Careers has helped over 1.5 million young Australians kickstart exciting careers by giving them access to the right information at the right time so that they can make the best decision for themselves. 

Tailored for students in years 7-12, the Explore Careers programs cover everything students need to start formalising their career plans, allowing them to hit the ground running when they leave school. 

Jaybro gets on board

As millions of students across Australia plan their life after high school, they need access to reliable and relevant information about suitable employment opportunities. Beginning in 2022, Jaybro will join the ranks of reputable employers working with Explore Careers - businesses like the Australian Defence Force, Bunnings, DHL, Queensland Rail and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. 

From a student perspective, gaining access to a host of household names that are receptive to those without an extensive work history makes it much easier to narrow down their job search. 

Whilst traditional avenues can be discouraging for young people, jobs advertised through Explore Careers are particularly suited to school leavers and people in the early stages of their careers. 

And, as an employer that puts a great deal of value on culture fit, we are uniquely positioned to bring young people into the Jaybro team and mentor and support them as they begin their careers. In addition to standard full-time roles, we also support many employees in completing their traineeships in conjunction with our long-term partners MIGAS.
