We’ve been crowned Customer Service Organisation of the Year in the medium-sized business category!
A win for Jaybro at the 2021 Australian Service Excellence Awards
The Jaybro team is excited to announce that we have come out on top in the 2021 Australian Service Excellence Awards, Australia’s premier customer service awards program.
This program attracts hundreds of nominations each year and culminates with a special event to recognise best practice, performance and innovation in customer service.
With categories to celebrate individual achievement, through to recognising some of Australia’s biggest organisations like Woolworths and Optus, the awards highlight the critical importance that service plays in today’s business climate.
As winner of the Customer Service Organisation of the Year - Medium Business, we were judged amongst many other leading brands on four key perspectives of the International Customer Service Standard.
These include:
- How we create a culture of customer service
- How we ensure consistency in the delivery of service
- How we constantly deliver a high quality of customer service within the Jaybro Group
- And finally, how customer service impacts our business performance.
One of the major things that we were assessed on was how Jaybro lives and breathes service across the whole organisation. The team at ASEA were impressed with how we operate as a whole - from our sales staff to our delivery drivers, to our accounts team.
Throughout all of these judging criteria, Jaybro’s key value of ‘WOWing customers with service’ shone through, reinforcing our decision to focus on being customer-centric in everything we do.
National Sales Manager Dan Carey was delighted to share the news of this accolade with the Jaybro team, noting that the journey and groundwork that has been done over the past few years has built an incredibly strong service-oriented culture.
